The examination of LL.B Degree is held in a 6 months(Semester System) on the date to be fixed by the University of Sindh authorities.
Failure candidates at the annual examination are allowed to be re-appear at the next year in the annual examination.
The college has computer lab which contains 50 latest computers and one main server with DSL Internet Connection facilities. The Students shall use it after membership.
A book isued to any student shall be returned by him/her after 15 days, In case of fail to do so, a penalty of Rs.5.00 per day shall be lived which will be paid by him/her before issuing any other book.
If the book is found torn, full present market price of the book will be have to be paid by the student.
Daily morning newspapers in English, Sindhi, Urdu and weekly as well as monthly Digest are also provided in the reading room.
There is one common room for female students is available for female students.
CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY:
i) Both male and female citizens of Pakistan can apply for admission. No person shall be admitted to the LLB Part-I Class, unless he/she is at least Intermediate or equivalent. Must have passed LAT( Law Admission Test)
(ii) As regards admission of graduates of other Universities, admission to the LLB Part-l Class, will be made in accordance with the policy approved by the Academic Council of the University of Sindh Jamshoro
(iii) No candidate having secured third Division would be eligible for admission in L.L.B. Part-I. INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS ARE LIABLE TO BE REJECTED.
INCORRECT OR SUPPRESSION OF INFORMATION IN THE VARIOUS COLUMNS OF THE APPLICATION FORM WILL RENDER A CANDIDATE TO BE DISQUALIFIED. Admission Forms shall not be supplied and accepted by post. Every candidate has to be present personally for admission. This condition will be adhered to strictly.
The following documents are to be attached with the admission form.
(i) Matriculation Certificate (Pacca Certificate).showing the Date of birth, photostat attested copy.
(iii) Higher Secondary Pass Certificate Phot Stat attested copy.
(iv) Enrolment card issued by the University of Sindh. (After Admission)
(V) Computerized National ldentity Card attested copy.
(vi) Two character Certificates one issued by the institution last attended and second from another responsible person not being the candidate’s relative.
(vii) Three recent photographs passport size. (viii) Migration Certificate, Domicile & PRC in case candidate is coming from any other University/Board except University of Sindh.
After admission eligibility certificate for LL.B Part-l from University of Sindh.
(ix) Affidavit on nonjudicial Stamp Paper worth of Rs. 30/-.
(x) Two self addressed postal envelopes.
